Lesson 8: Complete Delivery (Proof of Delivery – POD)

Capture accurate Proof of Delivery before completing the stop inside MobileTek.

Every completed stop must include valid Proof of Delivery (POD).

Why This Matters

Proof of Delivery protects the driver, the customer, and ROLO by confirming the package was delivered correctly and safely.

Scan Package → Capture POD → Verify Delivery → Tap COMPLETE

What You Must Do

  • Complete the package scan first
  • Capture a signature or delivery photo
  • Make sure the delivery location is visible
  • Verify the correct stop before tapping COMPLETE
  • Make sure the package is delivered safely

ROLO Standard:
If POD is unclear, incomplete, or missing, the delivery may not be considered valid.

Do These Steps

  1. Finish the package scan process.
  2. Capture the required signature or photo.
  3. Verify the delivery information is correct.
  4. Check that the package is delivered safely.
  5. Confirm the stop details one final time.
  6. Tap COMPLETE.

Good vs Bad POD

Good POD:

  • Clear photo or readable signature
  • Package visible
  • Correct delivery location shown
  • Accurate stop completion

Bad POD:

  • Blurry or dark photo
  • No package visible
  • Wrong location
  • Completing the stop before delivery is finished

Best Practices

  • Make sure photos are clear and bright
  • Include the package in the POD photo when possible
  • Verify house or suite numbers carefully
  • Double-check multi-package deliveries
  • Review stop details before tapping COMPLETE

Common Mistakes

  • Forgetting to capture POD
  • Taking unclear photos
  • Completing the stop too early
  • Uploading POD for the wrong stop
  • Failing to verify the delivery location
  • Leaving the stop before confirming completion

What Happens If You Don’t:
Missing or incorrect POD can create delivery disputes, customer complaints, chargebacks, failed delivery investigations, and payment delays.
