  • Use required equipment
  • Deliver freight to the backroom

  • Arriving outside the delivery window without notice
  • Leaving without picking up empty pallets
  • Failing to report damaged freight
  • Using equipment that is not route-ready
  • Failing to communicate with dispatch

Contractor Acknowledgement

By servicing the Five Below account, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • I understand a 26ft box truck, liftgate, and pallet jack are required at all times.
  • I understand all pallets must be scanned correctly at delivery.
  • I understand communication with dispatch is mandatory for delays, issues, or delivery problems.
  • I understand store deliveries must follow Five Below procedures and delivery windows.
  • I understand professionalism and customer service directly impact account performance.
  • I understand failure to follow these standards may impact route eligibility.
Final Reminder: This is a specialized account. Reliability, communication, scanning, and professional delivery are required.
ROLO Standard: Contractors must be prepared, professional, and accountable every time they service the Five Below route.
