On arrival, check in with the Terminal Manager at your assigned location.
3. Before Your First Day
- Install MobileTek
- Have login credentials ready
- Turn ON location services
- Enable camera access
- Bring a charged phone + charger
- Save all contact information
4. Equipment & Requirements
- Dolly (strongly recommended for success)
- Phone charger
- Phone mount (recommended)
- Vehicle in working condition
- Proper attire
Operating without a dolly will significantly reduce efficiency and performance.
5. Uniform & Fees
- Uniform shirts: $20 per shirt (deducted)
- HERE routing system: $5 monthly deduction
You must inform admin how many shirts you want so the order and deduction can be processed.
6. When You Arrive
- Arrive on time or early
- Check in with the Terminal Manager
- Be ready to observe operations
Late or unprepared drivers may not be dispatched.
7. Your First Day (How It Works)
- Observe: Watch dispatch and load-out
- Set Up: Complete app setup and checklist
- Verify: Admin confirms readiness
- Test: Run overflow stops
- Assign: Route based on performance
Expect to observe first before receiving 1-on-1 help.
8. Delivery Workflow
Arrive → Scan → POD → Complete
- Follow route sequence exactly
- Scan all packages
- Capture proof of delivery
9. Driver Expectations
- Be responsive
- Follow instructions
- Communicate clearly
- Move with urgency
10. Performance Bonus
- $300 bonus after 90 days
- 95% completion rate required
- Consistent attendance required
