ROLO MobileTek Driver Training • Lesson 10 of 10
Lesson 10: End of Day / Closeout
Finish your day clean, complete, and properly documented.
The day is not complete until every stop is reviewed and properly closed inside MobileTek.
Why This Matters
End-of-day closeout helps dispatch confirm route completion, resolve issues, support customer service, prevent payment disputes, and verify that every stop was handled correctly.
Review Stops → Verify POD → Check Exceptions → Report Problems → Confirm Route Complete
What You Must Do
- Confirm all stops are completed
- Confirm each completed stop has proper POD
- Check for open, failed, or incomplete stops
- Report any problems to dispatch before ending your day
- Make sure MobileTek has synced your completed work
- Verify there are no missing scans or delivery records
ROLO Standard:
Never assume dispatch already knows about an issue. Every unresolved stop must be reported before ending the route.
