Lesson 2: Accept Your Route
Accept your assigned orders and verify your stops before leaving the warehouse.
You must accept your assigned orders before your route becomes active in MobileTek.
Why This Matters
Accepting your route loads your scheduled work into MobileTek. If the route is not accepted and verified, stops may not appear correctly, packages may not match, and dispatch may not have accurate visibility.
Dashboard → New Orders → Accept All → Verify Open Orders

Do These Steps
- Open the Dashboard.
- Tap New Orders.
- Review the assigned orders/stops.
- Tap Accept All.
- Wait for the orders to fully load.
- Open your active/open orders.
- Verify your route and stops are visible before leaving.

Common Mistakes
- Forgetting to accept orders
- Accepting only some stops
- Leaving before the route fully loads
- Not checking active/open orders after accepting
- Ignoring missing stops or incomplete routes
- Not contacting dispatch before leaving with a route issue
What Happens If You Don’t:
If orders are not accepted and verified correctly, stops may not appear in MobileTek, deliveries may be delayed, and dispatch may lose visibility into your route.
