CASE STUDY

Yun-qi Yeung, 65 years old, is returning to the medical office to receive the results of a  biopsy for prostate cancer screening. Mr. Yeung speaks very little English and is usually  accompanied by his son, Lou, for interpretation assistance. Today Lou informs the front desk  receptionist that his father is very apprehensive about receiving the results of the biopsy.  Later, while in the physician’s office, Mr. Yeung and his son find out that the biopsy was  positive for the early stages of prostate cancer.
