DIY Pest Control Recipes
1. Garlic-Chili Spray
Great for aphids, mites, and caterpillars
Ingredients:

1 head garlic

1 small hot pepper (or 1 tsp cayenne)

1 tsp dish soap

4 cups water
Blend, strain, and spray on leaves every few days. Avoid spraying in direct sunlight.
2. Neem Oil Spray
Antifungal and insect-repelling
Mix:

2 tsp neem oil

1 tsp mild soap

1 quart warm water
Shake well and apply to leaf tops and undersides.
3. Soapy Water Spray
For soft-bodied insects like aphids or whiteflies
Mix:

1 tsp mild dish soap

1 quart water
Spray directly onto pests. Rinse plants with water the next day.
