This portfolio reflects the full scope of my work across instructional design, workforce development, Train-the-Trainer systems, LMS architecture, healthcare education, customer service learning, digital publications, and custom client-facing builds.

I began my career in learning and development in 2004, later growing into instruction, program direction, school ownership, and founder-led systems design. LC Career Center was established in 2007, and this body of work reflects that depth of experience across both B2B and B2C environments.

This portfolio also serves as a live demonstration of my work—designed by me to reflect learning strategy, digital experience design, interactivity, and AI-supported execution.

A core part of my work is redesigning outdated PowerPoint-style, read-and-answer, or instructor-dependent training into more modern learning experiences that improve clarity, engagement, retention, and application.

I use stronger visual structure, simulation-based practice, coaching feedback, multimedia reinforcement, and learner-centered pacing so adult learners can engage in ways that work better for them while building confidence through real-world application.

The result is a more flexible and effective learning experience that supports stronger performance, clearer understanding, and better transfer back to the workplace.

LC Career Center was founded in 2007 from that lived understanding of what it takes to help people learn, grow, and move toward real opportunity.

That progression gives me a rare perspective across every layer of the learning journey — from learner and trainer to builder and strategist — and shapes the way I design today: practical, scalable, and focused on outcomes that matter.

Even this portfolio experience reflects my hands-on approach: I design the content structure, interactive flow, visual presentation, and AI-enabled build process as part of the work itself.
