I began my career in learning and development in 2004, later growing into instruction, program direction, school ownership, and founder-led systems design. LC Career Center was established in 2007, and this body of work reflects that depth of experience across both B2B and B2C environments.

I use stronger visual structure, simulation-based practice, coaching feedback, multimedia reinforcement, and learner-centered pacing so adult learners can engage in ways that work better for them while building confidence through real-world application.
