Build a strong base with the fundamentals of instructional design, adult learning theory, and group facilitation. Ideal for aspiring trainers or professionals looking to transition into teaching roles.

 

Track II – Advanced Techniques & Engagement
Deepen your training practice with advanced presentation strategies, engagement tools, and personalized learner assessments. Perfect for those who already lead sessions or workshops and want to strengthen impact.

 

Track III – Mastery & Facilitation Leadership
Refine your leadership, coaching, and curriculum development skills. This final track supports experienced trainers in becoming facilitators, mentors, and program builders.

  • As a result of attending a TTT, participants will be able to:
  • Apply current practices in delivering a training on a selected evidence-based program.
  • Deliver proven facilitative skills to promote learner engagement, reflective practice, critical thinking, and skill acquisition.
  • Show mastery in delivering key training strategies commonly used, such as brainstorming, processing/process checks, roleplays, and practice sessions.
  • Use appropriate levels of intervention when managing difficult training situations, including - (disruptive learner behaviors).
  • Initiate a personal plan of action to strengthen their training and facilitation skills.

Final Group Activity Presentation: Mastering Virtual Training Techniques Presentation Overview: In this final group activity presentation, participants will demonstrate their proficiency in virtual training techniques learned throughout the training program. The presentation will showcase their understanding and application of key concepts from Weeks 1 to 3, including: Types of Learning and Learning Frameworks - How Adults Learn Applying Learning Theory To Effective Facilitation Instructional Design Techniques Presentation Structure: The presentation will consist of three main sections, each corresponding to one of the key concepts. Participants will collaborate to create and deliver a cohesive presentation, incorporating elements from each week's learning. Presentation Format: The presentation will be delivered virtually using a video conferencing platform, with each participant taking on a specific role or segment of the presentation. This framework provides a structured approach for participants to create a cohesive presentation demonstrating their proficiencies in virtual training techniques across Weeks 1-3 of the training program. It encourages collaboration, creativity, and effective communication skills in presenting their knowledge and skills in virtual training. These scenarios provide diverse opportunities for trainer participants to demonstrate their skills in designing and delivering effective train-the-trainer sessions across different training contexts and delivery formats. Presentation Delivery: Each presentation section will be delivered by a different participant or group of participants, with clear transitions between sections. Participants will use engaging visuals, interactive elements, and dynamic delivery to capture the audience's attention and demonstrate their proficiency in virtual training techniques. Q&A Session: Following the presentation, there will be a question-and-answer session where audience members can ask clarifying questions and provide feedback on the presentations content and delivery. Evaluation: Participants will be evaluated based on their understanding of key concepts, application of techniques, presentation delivery, and overall effectiveness in conveying their proficiency in virtual training techniques.
