Your primary duties involve not just managing schedules and tracking progress, but actively mentoring participants, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their tasks. Crucially, you serve as the bridge between community requests and participant action, helping to translate real-time neighborhood needs into the meaningful tasks our participants perform.
