Program Purchase FAQs

Find the learning option that fits your next step

Administrative Medical Assistant — full program

For new purchases, the full-program option is $945.25 USD paid once, saving $49.75 (5%) compared with the $995 total for five separately purchased stages. Its offer includes six months of online access from enrollment and six scheduled one-hour group instructor reviews. These existing full-program commitments are separate from the purchased-stage access periods below.

Purchase one stage at a time

Each of the five Administrative Medical Assistant stages is $199 USD, for a total of $995. Each stage is a separate purchase with 180 days of access beginning at purchase/enrollment. There are no automatic stage charges. For new stage purchases, you must complete the preceding stage before purchasing or starting the next. Previously purchased stages retain their existing access dates and accepted terms; this update does not restart or extend access.

Lessons follow a sequence. Submitting required uploaded homework opens the next activity; passing required quizzes and graded assignments is still necessary to complete the stage. Purchasing a stage does not enroll you in unpaid stages.

CMAA Certification Review

The separate certification-review course is $149 USD paid once, with 90 days of access. Complete every review lesson and pass each native quiz at 80%, with up to three attempts. This review course is separate from the full training program.

Certification exam and help

LC Career Center prepares learners for the external CMAA examination. National examination fees are separate and are not included. The credentialing organization determines eligibility and awards certification. Please review the included support for your chosen offer before purchasing; contact admin@lccareercenter.com or 954-860-7952 with questions.

Feel confident about your next step

We want you to have clear answers before you purchase. Please review your access period, included support and refund options, and contact us whenever you need help.

Refund requests

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after each purchase. Every purchase has its own refund window. A later purchase does not restart the window for an earlier purchase. A timely request remains timely while LC reviews it.

This standard applies to new purchases made under this policy, including full programs, individual stages or sections, certification review courses and other LC products and services. Existing customers retain the terms accepted when they purchased. Any more protective refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law continue to apply.

After 14 days

After the refund window, not starting, stopping participation, failing assessments or not completing training within the access period does not by itself qualify for a refund. For other purchases, choosing not to use the purchased product or service does not by itself qualify after the window. This does not limit any withdrawal, cancellation or prorated refund rights required by law.

Requesting a refund

Email admin@lccareercenter.com with the subject “Refund request.” Include your name, order number and the product, course or section purchased. The date LC receives your email determines whether the request falls within the 14-day window. Do not send card details.

An approved refund covers the applicable purchase, not earlier or separate purchases. Refunds return to the original payment method. Access to refunded digital training ends. Prerequisite requirements continue to apply to any remaining courses or stages.

Delivery problems and incorrect charges

Contact LC if purchased access is unavailable, LC cancels or cannot deliver a purchased product or service, or a charge is duplicate or incorrect. LC will address the issue, which may include providing the purchased access, correcting the charge or issuing a refund. These concerns are not treated as ordinary noncompletion or non-use.

Access and completion

The access period, included services and completion requirements are disclosed with each offer. A refund-request window does not extend the access period. For separately purchased Administrative Medical Assistant stages, each $199 stage includes 180 days of access beginning at purchase/enrollment. All five stages total $995. Each stage is purchased separately, with no automatic stage charges. For new stage purchases, purchasing and starting a later stage require completion of the preceding stage. Previously purchased stages retain their existing access dates and accepted terms.
